Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Veyra ("we"). By downloading or using Veyra you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Veyra is, and is not
Veyra is an informational and analytical tool. It does not accept, place, facilitate, or broker wagers, it does not hold or transmit funds, and it does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice. Every number Veyra shows, including fair prices, expected value, stake suggestions, and verdicts about your record, is a statistical estimate that can be wrong. Decisions you make, including whether and how much to bet with any third party, are yours alone.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age for the activities you use Veyra to analyze in your jurisdiction. Veyra is not for use where such analysis or the underlying activity is unlawful. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Veyra on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies except where these terms are stricter.
4. Data accuracy
Market prices, scores, and odds shown in Veyra come from third-party public sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Closing lines used to grade your record come from a single sportsbook line fetched from ESPN, which may differ from the venue where you bet. We make no warranty that any figure is accurate, current, or fit for any purpose. Always confirm prices at your venue.
5. No guarantee of results
Nothing in Veyra is a promise of profit. Our own published backtests show our forecasting model losing to the closing line, and most bettors do too. Veyra exists to measure, not to promise.
6. Subscriptions
If Veyra offers optional paid features by subscription, the price and term are shown in the App Store before purchase, payment is charged to your Apple account, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Where required, refunds are handled by Apple.
7. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent Veyra, and do not use it to violate any law or the terms of any venue you bet with.
8. Termination
We may end support for, modify, or discontinue Veyra at any time. You may stop using it at any time; since all data is on your device, deleting the app ends the relationship.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, including betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of Veyra. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Veyra in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
